Maxair Mechanical offers a variety of HVAC and Plumbing services designed to meet your needs. We design and install complex HVAC and Plumbing systems using our in-house Engineering/CAD department. Our Construction team specializes in renovation and retrofit projects, tenant projects, building renovations, and new construction. We offer these services to data centers, clean rooms, and other special environments. Whether it’s a new construction needing HVAC and Plumbing installation or an older building in need of updates, Maxair has the experience to complete the project.

Design & Engineering Experience

Maxair focuses on quality from the beginning. We employ our mechanics directly instead of contracting them because we feel that is the best way to meet the needs of engineers, allowing us to tackle more intricate projects. Journeymen have completed a 5-year trade school training and apprenticeship program designed to their specific skill. Lastly, our team’s experience ranges from small commercial projects to large industrial applications.
